The Fastest Windows XP Settings...









Open the "Display Properties" from your Control Panel or Right Click on the desktop and select properties.


  • Goto: Start > Run > Control
Open the Display Icon
The Fastest Windows XP Settings Ico_display


The Fastest Windows XP Settings Cp_display
The Themes Tab


  • Select Windows Classic
  • Press Apply
  • Click on the Desktop Tab
The Fastest Windows XP Settings Display_properties The Desktop Tab


  • Select None for the Background.
  • Select a Background color.
  • Press Apply
  • Click on the Appearance Tab
The Fastest Windows XP Settings Display_desktop The Appearance Tab


  • Select Windows Classic style
  • Windows Standard Color Scheme
  • Normal Font Size
  • Click on the Effects... Button.
The Fastest Windows XP Settings Display_appearance The Effects Button


  • Uncheck Transition Effects. (Tooltips)
  • Uncheck Large Icons
  • Uncheck Shadows Under Menus
  • Press OK
The Fastest Windows XP Settings Display_effects Completed Display Properties!



  • Press OK to close the Display Properties window.

Also

* Clean the temp internet & temp files in hard disc frequently

* Clean the recycle frequently.

* Do not keep any unwanted Icons in Desktop.

* Can make disc cleanup

* Avoid or Try to reduce More opened windows applications.
